Our °Connex Geo pre-qualified thermal packaging solutions go beyond the standard two profile qualification approach. So you have greater choice when selecting the right solution for your business.

Each of our pre-qualified solutions has been tested to three different profile sets. Each incudes a hot and cold ambient challenge. For six qualified profiles.

This expanded qualification means that you’re not just limited to selecting your container based on transport duration. Now you can also choose according to your thermal challenge.

With other suppliers, material and duration are closely tied together. And increasing your shipping duration often means upgrading your packaging materials – perhaps to a higher grade insulator – or switching to a more expensive phase change material. The result? Your thermal packaging option is qualified to work with ambient climates that far exceed your own requirements.

With our three grade Geo qualification program, durational increase doesn’t mean unnecessary material upgrades – and extra packaging costs.

We know that Thermal packaging solutions can put pressure on a company’s warehouse. Packages can be large. They may include components that need storage in multiple temperature environments. Our °Connex Geo line has been designed with component consideration in mind - and all of our systems feature parts that can be used with other solutions in the °Connex Geo line.

One pack to cool them all.

From small parcel through to large pallet containers, we use one coolant pack size across them all.  Our packs come in both a single, and a double pack version – allowing for fast packing no matter the container size.

For our pallet systems, multiple packs are assembled into larger coolant sleeves. Packing a large pallet container has never been easier, or faster, to do!

This unique part continuity means you can stock the fewest number of coolant SKUs and relieve pressure on valuable temperature controlled storage space. So you can quickly switch to different containers – without the worry of not having the right pack size available.

Distribution lifecycle ready packaging

From parcel to pallet our °Connex Geo line factors in how our packaging materials can be used more responsibly across the entire distribution chain. Each of our supplied product payload cartons not only protects your precious cargo during the first distribution but they are also fully compatible and optimised to fit in multiples within our °Connex Geo pallet containers. This means that unnecessary repacking can be a thing of the past – whether it’s going from pallet to parcel or parcel to pallet.
